I think there’s going to be racial hell to pay tomorrow when everyone wakes up. And if there’s not, there should be. A white mayor of Indiana town implying that a black mayor’s neighboring city is engaged in “hanky panky” just before his candidate takes the state leaves you with that taste of race-baiting in your mouth. Nevermind that Gary is a financially beleaguered city that probably doesn’t have enough resources to adequately staff its elections. Must be fraud, black folks and all.
